At home backyard wedding ::: Melissa & David
The quintessential backyard wedding. For real, this one was on point.
I have known Melissa for a long time and David for quite a while as well, so this wedding was going to be good from the start. The entire thing, and I mean the full, entire, whole, everything, was on the property of their home. I'm talking, getting ready, family photos, portraits, ceremony, bbq supper, reception, bonfire and even the sunset photos were there.
If we didn't take photos there, it was across the street or just down the road a little bit. This makes an easy day for not just me and the wedding party, but also all of the quests. They could park right on their lawn, attend the ceremony, straight into the bbq and flow right to the evening part of the event with music and a bonfire.
Just an awesome day, it was hotter than hades, but totally worth it to be part of such a special wedding.
Huge thanks to Melissa and David, you guys were amazing and I had the best time!
For anyone who knows Melissa, here is what she wrote me after I delivered the images...
Holy smokes ~ We just watched the highlight slideshow......and I'm utterly speechless (and thats damn near impossible)!
